You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Big Panda SRL (29 Rue des Rèlis Namurwès, 5000 Namur - info@bigpandafactory.be) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email)

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal from your part of this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery to your home (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods at your own expense or hand them over to Big Panda SRL without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, as received, and must not have been used in any way. It is the responsibility of the customer wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal to return the goods to us at their own expense. Indeed, the return costs will not be borne by Big Panda SRL.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :

• Customized or tailored products made according to the consumer's specifications.
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
